We're looking for a Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care agency in Middleton.

You'll be joining fantastic organisation where you'll have the opportunity to grow, develop and shape the service provision, and where there are excellent career developmentopportunities.

As The Registered Manager you'll lead the team to deliver quality-focused, safe and effective home care service to vulnerable adults across Middleton, whilst looking to develop and increase the service provision.

On offer is an attractive salary of circa £37,000 -£40,000 plus a bonus scheme, (negotiable) 45p a mile fuel payments and pension scheme.

The Registered Manager Role

Lead a staff team in the delivery of domiciliary care to vulnerable adults in their own home, promoting an enabling environment to ensure that people are able to live as independently as possible and enjoy their lifestyle.

Be the Registered Manager with CQC and ensure KLOE's and regulatory requirements are met so that clients are safe. You'll also ensure customer satisfaction, respond to complaints, manage and lead the office team.

Ensure that the domiciliary care agency operates within budget and hits financial targets, manage the local authority contract and actively grow the branch.

Promote a positive culture within the office, ensuring that staff are well supported in their roles, undertake training and development and are confident and capable in their roles.

We're looking for somebody who has experience of working as a Registered Manager / Branch Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager / Deputy Manager in a homecare care setting.
You'll have excellent leadership and management skills and demonstrate clear knowledge of CQC standards and requirements.
Ideally you'll have QCF 5 / NVQ level 4 in Social Care Management or be working towards
You'll be a driver with your own vehicle
