    Contract:Fulltime permanent (9am to 5:30pm Tuesday toSaturday)

    Salary:Circa 30000 per annum (depending on experience) plusdiscretionary bonus

    Our head office is based inButleigh Somerset and this role will initially be located at oursales office on site at Baltonsborough. We employ experienced andspecialist staff currently delivering up to 50 outstanding newhomes a year at beautiful locations in the South West ofEngland.

    The role:

    Were looking for a dynamic andexperienced Sales and Marketing Executive with a passion forproperty Reporting to the Marketing & Creative Directoryou will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing brandvisibility through strategic marketinginitiatives.

    The successful candidate will beresponsible for engaging with potential buyers to understand theirneeds and preferences in a new home and coordinating and conductingviewings of our unique properties. You will manage all aspects ofthe sales process whilst maintaining excellent relationships withcustomers throughout to provide an exceptionally positive buyingexperience.

    In addition to overseeing a pipelineof clients you will also support the Marketing & CreativeDirector to implement comprehensive and creative marketingstrategies to promote our properties and brand identity. You willcreate engaging content for various marketing channels includingour website social media platforms email campaigns and printmaterials. Youll ensure our content is uptodate visually appealingand optimised for search engines.

    The idealcandidate will be responsible for monitoring engagement analysingperformance metrics and making datadriven recommendations forimprovement. You will coordinate with external vendors agencies andpartners as needed.

    What youll needtosucceed:

    Essential

    • Significant experience in marketing and ideally somesales experience.
    • A passion for property withsome knowledge of the industry.
    • Strong workingknowledge of WordPress social media platforms and email marketingtools.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills; able to communicate at all levels within thecompany and with external customers.
    • Highattention to detail and ability to produce accurate work undertight deadlines.
    • Proactive and selfmotivatedwith the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Experience in sales report writing anddata analysis.
    • Designled creative thinker withthe ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    • Must be willing to work a Tuesday to Saturday scheduleeach week.
    • UK Driving licence and willingnessto travel.
    • Highly organised selfmotivated andthe ability to work using owninitiative.

    Desirable

    • A degree or qualification in Marketing would bebeneficial but not essential.
    • Provenexperience within the property development or real estate industryis highlydesirable.
