What you'll be doing as Supply Chain Assistant:

  • Taking ownership of factory contacts across the world
  • Understanding and obtaining updates on lead times
  • Working with the Costing Team on ensuring all costs are captured and up to date
  • Keeping track of of packaging stocks held by suppliers
  • Setting up KPIs and Standard Operating procedures with factories
  • Creating a road map of supplier visits and reviews
  • Seeking to improve skills and knowledge of yourself and the team, via training, skills matrix evaluation and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for in the Supply Chain Assistant:

  • A background in fast moving consumer goods manufacturing or supply chain
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise
