    This role will focus on:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.
  • Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is always achieved.
  • Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork.
  • Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.
  • Picking and packing Sales Orders in the Stores Dept.
  • Picking parts and tube from locations in stores to be built into Hoses by the Assembly department.
  • Packing parts and tube for export to our distributors and self-assemblers around the world
  • Issuing parts and tube on Transform orders to other internal departments
  • Weekly stock takes of parts and tube in Stores.
  • Retrieving tube from racking using VNA articulated Forklift Trucks
  • Use of Counterbalance Forklift Truck in the Cold Stores and yard
  • To be successful in this role, youwill need:

  • Education - GCSE Maths and English
  • Warehouse/Stores experience
  • Computer literate
  • Counterbalance fork lift truck
  • VNA articulated fork lift truck
  • Driving license
  • Engineering background
  • Stock control & Goods-in experience
