The Client:
VWA are working with a London-based boutique Executive Search firm in their search for a Researcher to join their team. With their offices based in Covent Garden, the firm partners with world-class client companies who champion diversity across a breadth of sectors in both non-executive and executive roles. The Researcher role:
Due to a growing number of clients and searches, the firm are looking for a Researcher to support the Consultants and wider team. Duties will involve but are not limited to:

• Reaching out and contacting candidates on the database and external sources such as LinkedIn to discuss potential opportunities
• Supporting consultants on their existing and upcoming mandates, including preparing of shortlists
• Scheduling of meetings and interviews
• Keeping databases updated with candidate/client activity
• Working on potential research projects
• General administration

The successful Researcher candidate will:

• Be highly service-oriented
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a team-orientated approach
• Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Have a care for diversity

Additional Details:

• Competitive salary + discretionary bonus
• Standard hours: 8 - 6
