- Liaising with colleagues to ensure the work activities of all extrusion lines is carried out in line with production plan in order to keep 'downtime' to a minimum.
- Ensuring production output across the shift is in accordance with Company and customer quality guidelines, e.g. colour, tolerance, profile.

- Reporting on downtime, scrap, and quality issues, and escalating as appropriate.

Due to continued growth and a need to strengthen the current operations management team, we are looking to recruit a Shift Manager to provide shift leadership in our fast-moving 24/7 operation. Reporting to the UK Manufacturing Manager, the role will take responsibility for all shift activities; Output, Quality, H&S, Manufacturing Efficiency (Yield), Maintenance Activities, Staff Management, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, and Shift Administration.
