Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant | Hounslow

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 months' experience working with primary school aged children
Excellent communication skills
Patience and understanding
An understanding of SEND and a commitment to inclusion
Knowledge of the primary school curriculum

Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and activities
Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
Supervising children in the classroom
Supporting children with their learning
Working on a 1:1 basis with children identified with SEN needs
Assisting with the planning and implementation of individual learning plans
Liaising with teachers and parents to ensure the best learning outcomes
Helping to create a positive learning environment.
