Job Overview
We are seeking a tech-literate and experienced Project Manager to lead our software development project teams and manage the full project lifecycle.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and that all team members are informed and up-to-date on the workflow plan. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and clients, to ensure our projects meet high standards and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Define project structure, tasks, and resource requirements
Develop full-scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to the project team
Quality assurance (working with our in-house testers)
Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Job Requirements
2+ years experience in tech-based project management
- Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
Direct work experience in project management capacity
Skilled at adapting to and mastering new software
