Description
Our client is an extremely established privately owned organisation who also have 13 satellite offices throughout the UK.


Due to their continuing growth, they are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support users whilst providing effective Desktop assistance as well as Microsoft Office 365.

The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activitiesat a time of growth for the IT Department and the wider firm.


The Role

  • Provide 2nd Line desktop support for users across the firm
  • Deal with any hardware issues, fixing peripherals
  • Set up and maintain user accounts
  • Support a range of Windows PC's and Laptops
  • Assist with connectivity to Citrix
