    Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef for Pavyllon

    Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Pastry Sous chef for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant.

    Chef Alléno is one of France's most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants.

    He has featured in The World's 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris.

    Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno's philosophy of Modern French cuisine.

    As Pastry Sous Chef you will be an is an integral part of the Kitchen team , working alongside the Head Pastry Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pastry team.

    The Pastry Sous Chef oversees the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain s the smooth running of the operation.

    You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of Yannick Alléno and Bar Antoine pastry production.
