- Develop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visits
- Facilitate product training and ensuring that Key Customers are ready to grow with Ralawise and B&C
- Raise B&C brand awareness through brand building and storytelling
- Ensure that B&C is "top of mind" with partners
- Identify new opportunities for developing top level customers
- Support the fulfillment of sales budgets
- Plan and participate in local fairs and sales meetings
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas and strategy moving forwards.
- Achieving the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually.
- Attend sales meetings in Belgium - at least once a year

- Previous B2B sales or marketing experience, preferably with a background or interest in Fashion or Textiles

Description
We are working exclusively with Ralawise, a leading supplier in the personalised clothing and merchandise marketplace. They stock a wide range of industry leading and high street leading brands helping customers find the products they love.
They are a proud distributor of the European B&C brand; B&C is a successful Belgium brand, well known for their timeless collection of sustainable and ethically made garments, their collection includes T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Polo's, Outerwear and Shirts. As the UK distributor for B&C, Ralawise are looking for an experienced Account Manager to act as the UK Brand Ambassador in this newly created role. This person will be a key figure in the future growth for B&C and take the brand to the next level within the UK & Ireland.
Your sales experience, brand building profile and great story-telling skills will come into play from day one - and it is important that you have a strong customer focus and good business understanding to be successful in this role.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum - OTE: £64,000
This is a field based role working from home in the UK, you must be able to travel to customers nationwide 3-4 days a week so a central UK location would be preferable.
