Position:
Sales Order Processor

Salary:
£11.28 p/h

Contract:
Temporary. Start ASAP to June 2023

Location:
Warwick. Office based.

Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (rotation shift) 37.5 hours p/w

Reed Specialist Recruitment are representing a well-established company within the Warwickshire area.

Due to an internal business improvement project, our client is looking to recruit 2 x Sales Order Processors on a temporary basis, to help support the existingInternal Sales department.

Supporting the Internal Sales team, duties will include:

Recording customer activity on Salesforce
Following up on orders placed and enquiries made online.
Inbound and outbound calls
Lead and enquiries data entry
Operating internal systems
Administration duties

Person specification:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce but not essential)
Must have experience within an order processing role, dealing with inbound and preferably outbound.
Tenacious and customer focused.
Experience of dealing with and managing customer complaints

TO START ASAP

This would suit someone who is looking for a 6 month / long term temporary contract and can start ASAP.
