- Oversee total Brand Strategy rollout for 1-2 years in partnership with the Brand Director
- Own brand performance tracking, diagnostics & recommend corrective action plan to Brand Director

We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand Development Manager to join the INKEY family. Someone with a collaborative, strategic, consumer-first approach that thrives in a fast paced, agile environment.
Primary Purpose: Working with the Brand Director to shape the brands future plans, strengthening & accelerating the brands intention, portfolio management and growth & the innovation pipeline.
The role manages two BM's and one JBM who have ownership of categories within the portfolio, inclusive of core, innovation, sets, samples etc The SBMs role is to oversee the team, guiding and ensuring all plans ladder up to total brand and portfolio strategy and aligning with the Brand Director. The SBM is also responsible for ownership of wider projects and cross category portfolio management (pricing, discontinuations, packaging updates etc)
A key role in a central function, cross functional collaboration, strong working relationships and stakeholder management are a key part of the role. Being a brand guardian and leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure that plans align to global brand strategy while also best supporting regional needs for growth is key. This role partners closely with the Product Development, Global Marketing, Sales & Creative teams to drive Brand Strategy across all touchpoints.
