    Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to join a global independent construction practice in London Bridge?

    We are proudly representing a prestigious organisation with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. The established firm is looking to add a talented professional to friendly close-knit team. The building consultancy division plays an integral part in the success of the business. Work is predominately based in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

    The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering services across the project and professional discipline. You will liaise directly with important stakeholders and manage client relationships. Leading your own schemes and managing several projects is also a key responsibility.

  • Preparing schedules of dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
  • Planned maintenance programmes
  • Contract administration
  • Defect analysis

  • Reinstatement cost assessments
    Chartered Building Surveyor
  • BSc in Building Surveying
  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Full UK driver's licence
