OD Business Partner - County Antrim

MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a growing manufacturing organisation based in County Antrim, who currently require an experienced OD BP on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the OD Business Partner will partner with key stakeholders across the organisation, focused on developing growth programmes for their employees to ensure top talent is identified and developed appropriately, as well as developing best in class management development programmes.

Assist with the design and implementation of an employee engagement strategy that aligns with the goals of the business
Lead the development and management of the Group Performance Management Process
Produce regular management reports on key people metrics including retention, employee engagement, development, progression

~Experience in creating career pathways for early careers
~ Experience of developing bespoke training, with the ability to identify knowledge gaps and develop training to address them
