Here at Saint Gobain Interior Solutions, we're offering a temporary contract working as a Customer Experience Insights Analyst based at our site in East Leake, Loughborough.

This is a hybrid role split between WFH and office.

The Customer Experience Insight Analyst role will navigate multiple data sources to harness the power of data to drive decisions and inform customer centric innovation.

This role involves gathering, interpreting, and analysing data to derive actionable insight. experience in data analysis, market research or a similar role focused on customer insights.
in various methods of data collection such as surveys, interviews, and field studies. of Power BI will be great but not a must. Experience of other data visualization tools will be considered.

verbal and written communication skills to share research findings, translate complex data into clear insights and advocate for user needs.
