Graduate Building Surveyor

Location:
Leicester, Leicestershire

Salary:
£26K - £30K dependent upon experience
Our client is an independent engineering and surveying consultancy. Established 37 years ago, they are a highly reputable company with multiple offices in the UK.

They have a vacancy in their Leicester office for a
Graduate Building Surveyor with up to 2 years' experience to join their expanding building surveying department.

Key Duties:

You will be providing technical support for:

Party wall surveying on a wide variety of projects
CDM commissions including acting as principal designer
Health & safety advisors to contractors
Assisting with asbestos surveys
Preparing construction management plans
Carrying out schedule of conditions
AutoCAD drafting
General technical support for all building surveying disciplines

Requirements:

Ideally, you will have an RICS accredited building surveying degree.
Excellent communication skills and a determination to succeed.
A full driving licence and own transport is essential as some travel will be required.
