    • About the role

    As a civil sub-foreman experienced in structural works, you will lead work crews in delivering successful, on time project outcomes for the client, while ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

    Your ability to communicate with people at all levels of the project team, as well as your exceptional leadership skills, will help create a high performing team and assist you to direct and allocate site resources while monitoring their effectiveness.

    Role Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the structures work crews
  • Assist in directing the allocation of site resources and monitoring progress with daily production objectives
  • Thorough knowledge of the drawings, specifications and quality requirements for all site related activities.

    • To be successful in this role, you will need;

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or Certificate IV in Civil Supervision is highly regarded
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience and demonstrated structures experience.
