    Estate / Property Manager Job - Nr Chester, Cheshire - start ASAP - Live in or Live out - £65,000+ depending on experience + accommodationOur client is looking for an experienced and hands on multi-skilled Estate / Property Manager to look after a large private estate near Chester.

    The ideal candidate will have proven practical knowledge and experience in all aspects property and facilities management and who can project manage, work under their own initiative and be proactive in their approach to the role.

    You will be overseeing a small team including interior and exterior staff and you will be their main point of contact while reporting directly to the property owners.

    You will be based at estate office in Cheshire but will also occasionally be required to oversee and visit other properties in their portfolio both in the UK and overseas.

    The successful candidate will need to be a strong leader and be able to manage, motivate and guide the team.

    You will need to be hands on, out and about and not expecting to be office based all of the time.


    Duties include but not limited to:
    Overseeing interior and exterior staffProject Management of ongoing and planned renovation and building works onsiteA good knowledge of M&E is essentialBe the main link to tenants to 20+ estate propertiesManage and oversee contractors and trades onsiteBe proactive and identify any maintenance issues that need addressing and manage and necessary worksCarrying out site inspections with visiting trades while having a good working knowledge of property maintenanceOversee property maintenance and facility servicingActing as the main point of contact for the other staff membersBudget control and managementTravel to other properties owned by the client to monitor and manage any maintenanceThis will be a full-time role and accommodation onsite can be offered as part of the package if requiredDriver essential - excellent references and Enhanced DBS checkStart ASAP£65,000+ depending on experience (+ accommodation if required) + additional benefits including private health care, car or car allowance, pension
