We're looking for anAgent to join Regional Civils team to help deliver projects within the Exeter region. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities
To manage resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned project(s) safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit on projects.
- Programming works, commercial performance and the effective utilisation of resources to meet those programmes
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier other H&S related policies and procedures
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification
- Promote cross division working with other members within the Project to create a oneteam ethos
- Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded
What do we need from you?
- Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
- Chartership with ICE or working towards
- Prior experience working with reinforced concrete, groundworks and civils essential
- Strong knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business.
