Lettings Negotiator

Epsom, Surrey (Must be a driver)

£17,000 + 5% commission
My client based in Epsom are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join them team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities include:

Promoting properties
Meeting with prospective tenants and working out their exact needs
Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties
Meeting with landlords and other parties involved in the rental
Answering queries from clients and protentional clients
Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants
Explain the tenancy agreement and arranging signing of the agreement
Organising payments
Keeping administration systems up to date

You will have a passion for property and previous experience working within an estate agent. You'll find it easy to organise, plan and solve problems, will have excellent communication skills and be confident negotiating.

It is essential that you are a driver with access to a vehicle which can be used for work, you will be given a monthly £150 car allowance per month.

Hours:
Monday -Thursday 8.45am-7pm, Friday 8.45am-6pm, Saturday 8.45am

5pm with a day off in lieu

Basic Salary £17,000 per annum with an OTE of £30-35,000 per annum

Bonus/Incentives:
Uncapped commission 5% on anything personally let, Quarterly bonus of £150 voucher if targets are hit
£10 for every Trustpilot review received (uncapped).
