Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings.
Applications are sought from those who are able to demonstrate a clear following/network of contacts who will only be too happy to instruct you on future commercial property matters.
You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement.
