    About the role

    Working within the Bids and Opportunity Management team you will provide support to the wider Marketing & Sales team, spread across four different business units. With a focus on quarterly sales targets, each day presents a different challenge, some days you will be required to think on your feet and quickly adapt whilst other days will be more routine.

    Responsibilities
    You will become the primary focal point for the following:

    • Collating monthly summary Sales dashboard and forecasts.
    • Performing Sales forecasting.
    • Monitoring, analysing and maintaining the pipeline through CRM tool management (HubSpot).
    • Supporting the population and the updating of Sales data to ensure reliable Sales forecasting.
    • Main POC for all CRM support to the Sales team.
    • Management of all NDAs (internal and external).
    • Administer all Training Delivery course enquiries, including student onboarding and facilitating follow-up discussions.
    • Final quality check, upload and submission of documents to online Portals.
    • Ad-hoc Bid support.

    Skills, Qualifications and Experience
    The successful candidate will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

    • CRM Tool Management (HubSpot).
    • Management of data - collation, analysis and reporting.
    • Commercial experience.

    Desirable / Preferred:

    • Experience/knowledge of Defence sector.
    • Sales experience.
