    Our strategy sees strong organic growth within the near term coupled with significantly larger acquisitions.

    Group Financial Accountant will report into the Group Finance Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the consolidated and subsidiary numbers are robust and align with internal accounting policy and UK GAAP.

    Ensure the subsidiaries report figures per Group accounting policy
    Preparation and analysis of the Group Consolidation (UK GAAP) including responsibility for intercompany loans and elimination entries
    Ensure the financial statements are in full compliance with FRS 102
    Year-end planning, preparation of audit requests & Balance sheet review.
    Preparation of the consolidated statutory accounts and subsidiary accounts.

    Providing ongoing support and financial training to junior finance staff to improve their financial knowledge needed to make operational and business decisions.

    Assist with the financial accounting and reporting aspects of any acquisition integrations including fair value adjustments, goodwill calculation and consolidation of acquired balances
    Adopt a continuous improvement approach and work with stakeholders to develop streamlined, high quality and efficient processes
    Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)/Part Qualified will be considered
    Previous Financial Services experience preferable
    Intermediate experience with Excel;
