Our client a leading Renewable energy Corporate Finance advisor with offices across the UK is looking to hire an Associate.They advise both private and public sector clients in the Energy space on valuing and structuring projects and Investments. This is done by advising on M&A transactions, providing commercial recommendations and also arranging financing.

Work with public and private sector clients across the UKAdvise clients in the Energy spaceFinancial ModellingBid Submissions / ReportsLiaise with FundersAdvise and assist on M&A transactions in the energy spaceProvide commercial recommendations to clientsAssist team in business developmentDeveloping analysts and graduate analystsHelp arrange funding for M&A transactions
