Description
The main responsibilities of the Student Duty Manager include:

  • Promoting and monitoring good behaviour, and recording all relevant data.
  • Attend meetings with external agencies/ parents when needed to follow up actions required.
  • Being present from Monday to Friday in areas where students gather.
  • Liaising with student services, curriculum teams, security services and facilities management teams on student behaviour related topics.

Profile


The successful Student Duty manager will have experience working within a college or school environment, and with very strong listening skills.

Knowledge and experience of behaviours management techniques, combined with safeguarding awareness.

A built in emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes.
