Description
The main responsibilities of the Student Duty Manager include:

Promoting and monitoring good behaviour, and recording all relevant data.
Attend meetings with external agencies/ parents when needed to follow up actions required.
Being present from Monday to Friday in areas where students gather.
Liaising with student services, curriculum teams, security services and facilities management teams on student behaviour related topics.

Profile

The successful Student Duty manager will have experience working within a college or school environment, and with very strong listening skills.

Knowledge and experience of behaviours management techniques, combined with safeguarding awareness.

A built in emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes.
