    Junior Maintenance Engineer (Exciting Training Opportunity)
    £24,000 - £27,000 + Full Technical Training + Progression + Days Based + Premium Overtime + Half-Day Friday + Company Benefits
    Workshop Based, Commutable from Swindon, Chippenham, Cirencester, Reading, Oxford, Newbury and Surrounding Areas

    Are you an aspiring Maintenance Engineer with basic Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge, looking to kickstart your career in a role where you will be heavily invested in through internal training to develop your skillset into a highly sought after technical expert all whilst maintaining a great work life balance with half-days on Fridays and Premium overtime to boost your annual earnings.

    On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team of technical experts where you will be fully supported in your development through internal training and mentorship, with exciting future career prospects available as you demonstrate your technical ability.

    The company are a market leading Manufacturer, supplying high-end, bespoke protective packaging o a variety of blue-chip clientele across the UK.

    Due to their exciting growth and expansion plans they are looking for the next wave of highly motivated individuals to join the maintenance team to facilitate the company's progression.

    On offer is the chance for an ambitious maintenance engineer to join an exciting, growing business and truly develop into a skilled and highly valuable Maintenance Engineer.

    You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a range of new machinery in the workshop.

    This role would suit someone from an Electrical or Mechanical background who is looking to take the next step in their career and build a future for themselves in a role where they will be invested in to become a technical go-to.

    Assisting the maintenance team with planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.

    • Electrical and Mechanical diagnostics and repairs on a variety of different factory machinery.
    • Factorybased with shortday on Friday
    Basic Electrical or Mechanical Engineering knowledge

    • Engineering graduate or previous electrical/mechanical experience
    • Motivated and wants training to become a goto Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
