    Position Overview:

    As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating various aspects of the project lifecycle.

    From initial planning and design to execution and completion, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules for tunnel construction.
    Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
    Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for tunnel construction activities.
    Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
    Monitor progress and performance metrics to track project milestones and identify areas for improvement.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
    Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for optimization.
    Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    Proven experience in tunnel construction projects
    Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in tunneling operations.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
