    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role will involve making a high volume of outbound calls to both warm and cold leads with the aim of selling maintenance plans and other services to new and existing customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve high levels of outbound calls/email activity to potential new customers with the aim of generating new business.
    • Sell service contracts to existing and potential customers across GB and Ireland.
    • Identify sales opportunities by presenting the key features and benefits of the products and services being provided to secure either new or additional business.
    • Processing customer orders in a professional and timely manner.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
    • Document all interactions in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with other departments such as the Account Management teams, credit control or other sales operations as required.
    • Develop personnel awareness of product compliance obligations.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths
    • Proven telemarketing and sales experience
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills
    • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
    • Excellent IT Skills – MS Office and Sage experience
