2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for an experienced and user focused Senior HR Systems Specialist to lead several new projects.

We employ over 13,500 staff across 18 sites in the UK and this Snr HR Systems Specialist role will pay a crucial part in supporting them.


About the Role:


Reporting into the Head of HR Systems and Projects the Senior HR Systems Specialist will be tasked with managing workstreams in project implementation and continuous improvement activities across all people systems within the group.


The role will be responsible for resolving or escalating issues raised by end users, as well as managing the day-to-day workload of the System Support team.

As Senior HR Systems Specialist you will be given opportunities to affect real change within the company and work alongside key stakeholders across several areas.


The Senior HR Systems Specialist will act as a key point of contact for third party support, managing relationships with suppliers and attending conferences and external user groups to gain exposure to new initiatives within the sector.

Developing these relationships will play a crucial part in the long-term success of the people systems strategy.


In addition, the role will also be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategy of HRIS systems, particularly around SuccessFactors and UKG Workforce Dimensions.

Leading team members and keeping on site HR teams up to date on developments, using feedback from these teams to improve user experience and efficiencies.


The Senior HR Systems Specialist role will be a diverse and engaging position well suited to someone with previous HRIS management and implementation experience and the drive to deliver the best experience possible for users and in house teams.


About You:


To excel in this Senior HR Systems Specialist role, you will have a HRIS background and understand HR systems and implementation.

Experience in leading teams and supporting clients and internal stakeholders will be essential.

A background in manufacturing would be useful and familiarity in a large-scale organization with multiple users and teams would also help.


Drive, strong organization skills and the ability to mentor and influence users will be central to this role alongside a strong analytical approach to work and the willingness to go the extra mile to find solutions to problems.


While this is predominantly a remote position, you will need to travel to our various sites regularly and be comfortable visiting our offices to engage with the rest of the team.
