    Account Manager - Print Management
    Lancashire
    Circa £35,000 (DOE) + 27 days holiday

    Due to growth, my client is looking to recruit an Account Manager who has a background in the Print/Print Management industry.

    The ideal person will have experience of working in a driven environment, have customer facing experience, sales administration/data input experience as well as dealing with clients and suppliers.

    You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with a group of clients who fall within the public and private sectors.

    Responsibilities:

  • To build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
  • To serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • To ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • To develop and maintain a good understanding of the products and services that the Company offers and be able to advise others about them.
  • To work alongside the Account Director to generate new additional business with existing clients.
  • To track orders through from production to completion, liaising with suppliers to ensure jobs are completed to the deadline date.
  • To monitor orders for your assigned customers and notify them of updates or changes on a timely and regular basis.
  • To ensure that all required client and sales data is accurately inputted into the Company system(s).
  • To help deal with any client/supplier issues, ensuring that any are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner. Ensure that required procedures followed.
  • To identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • To maintain professional and technical knowledge by, for example, participating in educational webinars / workshops, undertaking research, reviewing professional publications.
  • To undertake accurate and timely sales administration activities.
  • To undertake any other tasks as deemed reasonable for the role including, as required:
  • pulling together sample packs;
  • carrying out stock checks;
  • creating quotes on exact repeat orders.
