Transformation Manager – FP&A - Workday Adaptive Planning

An accredited "Great Place to Work" FinTech firm in Central London are looking to hire a Transformation Manager with Workday Adaptive Planning experience for a permanent transformation project management position in their Finance team.

As the Transformation Manager reporting directly into the Finance leadership team, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to directly scope and lead a wide variety of Transformation and Technology initiatives across the Finance and FP&A functions.

Your Key responsibilities will be:

• Identifying opportunities for, and leading strategic Finance and Financial Technology change and transformation initiatives
• Coordinating internal teams and third parties on implementation and enhancement projects, including for Workday Adaptive Planning
• Collaborating with FP&A and Finance teams to identify and implement process improvements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience of implementing the Workday Adaptive Planning solution (essential)
• Experience of managing projects across finance and financial technology
• A background working in or with FP&A teams (ideally within another Financial Services or FinTech firm)
