Projects include flat and pitched roofing on new build and refurb, in the range of GBP5k GBP2m.

The Role Contracts Manager (Roofing)

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, budgets, and contracts.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve project efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong project management skills, including budget and contract management
