- Ensure an efficient running of a section during service and be responsible for any guest's request.
- Build up rapport with guest.
- Ensure all orders, issuing of bills and payments are taken correctly.
- Be competent with the point of sale system to ensure orders are placed as efficiently and swiftly.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and care.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
