Description

The opportunity has arisen for a
Signal Sighting Engineer and an
Assistant Signal Sighting Engineer in our established Signalling Design teams in York, Birmingham or Doncaster.

Our centrally located office in York is currently supporting the Trans Pennine route upgrade & LNW&C Framework projects.

Works range from power supply upgrade, structure & level crossing renewals, re-signalling & re-control projects, to leading the way on proposed ETCS Digital overlay.


Located in the city centre, our Birmingham office is the hub for VolkerRail's SSI Data capability in addition to supporting other signalling renewals projects currently including the Hope Valley Railway Upgrade.


Located near the A1/M18 interchange, Doncaster's team are currently focussed on the Hope Valley Railway Upgrade and life extension works at Crewe.


You will be joining a strong progressive team of 3 existing Signal Sighting Engineers and over 70 Signalling Designers, learning from each other as we succeed together in a supportive and challenging environment with a company that offers security, excellent training and development credentials and career prospects.
