About Our Client:

Our client is a leading fashion retailer with a great reputation on the market.

They are looking for Complaints Handlers to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the team.

This role offers excellent career progression, working in a friendly and supportive team environment, within their state of the art offices based in Manchester city centre.


Duties of the Complaints Handler will be:

  • Identify the root cause of issue and look for areas to improve on
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Supporting customers with a resolution
  • Taking ownership
- working effectively & in a timely manner

  • Understand the customers view points
  • Working collaboratively with all areas of the business

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Complaints Handler will have the below skills:

  • To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to targets & deadlines
  • Previously worked within customer resolution management
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
  • Resilient
