Shawthorpe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator, to assist and aid the rapid growth of the company.

Job Purpose

You will be aiding the smooth schedule of movement of products including storage and shipment, as part of a good transactional experience.

Duties / Responsibilities

Stock maintenance, packaging inventory for safe shipping and audit control.

Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting, checking for damages and accuracy of delivery notes.

Use a forklift to safely and efficient move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility.

Ensure delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert supervisors if a delay occurs or is likely.

Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues, and stock allocation control using dynamics software.

Ensure goods loaded meet quality targets and all paperwork is correct.

Ensure despatch and warehouse is always clean and tidy.

Key Skills / Ability / Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting

Ideally proficient with MRP Systems ideally SAP

FLT Licence however not essential as training given

Working Hours

Permanent Full Time hours per week

pm Monday to Thursday and Friday
