    We have recently partnered with a fast-growing Tech fund who are expanding their presence in Europe.

    They are preparing a carveout of a Spanish firm and need an experienced Carve-Out Transformation Director to work on an interim basis and be available in the coming weeks.


    The role will be focused on the preparation and management of the workstreams associated both during and after the separation.

    The role will be hybrid onsite in Spain making fluent Spanish speaking skills a necessity. Candidates must have led a Carve-Out at the C/C-suite minus 1 level.
