What will you be doing?
- Prepare disposal reports using Power BI and complete administration tasks to ensure compliance.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders, using systems such as Workday/Sage.
- Carry out month end reports, for the Transfer Station and Greenwich, including raising disposal Invoices.
- Ensure purchasing, invoicing, payroll, holidays, absences, output data, and workflows are all up to date and accurate.
- Ensure the accurate inputting of payroll and deal with payroll queries using SAP.
- Support the Regional financial department in ADHOC duties.
What are we looking for?
- Strong financial knowledge.
- Experience working in the financial sector.
- Experience using Elemos, Workday, Sage, Sap, Power BI, or Google would be preferred.
- An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industryleading customer service to all internal and external customers.
