Salary:
£25,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits


Hours:40 hours per week 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday


Location:
Rochester, Kent, ME2 4DZ & Greenwich IWMF, Thamesmead, SE28 0AB

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare disposal reports using Power BI and complete administration tasks to ensure compliance.
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders, using systems such as Workday/Sage.
  • Carry out month end reports, for the Transfer Station and Greenwich, including raising disposal Invoices.
  • Ensure purchasing, invoicing, payroll, holidays, absences, output data, and workflows are all up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure the accurate inputting of payroll and deal with payroll queries using SAP.
  • Support the Regional financial department in ADHOC duties.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong financial knowledge.
  • Experience working in the financial sector.
  • Experience using Elemos, Workday, Sage, Sap, Power BI, or Google would be preferred.
  • An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industryleading customer service to all internal and external customers.
