Change Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager on an initial 6-month contract for our client's Fife office with hybrid working.

This role provides opportunity to impact the business through effective leadership of a Finance teamand delivery of practical process improvement.

This role will lend itself well to individuals with excellent communication skills and demonstrable management ability who are looking to join a business where they can really make a difference.

Salary range: 45k - 53k.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading & developing a Finance team to improve procedures and processes
Aligning Finance team with wider Business strategy
Provide accurate data and analysis to group financial reporting timetable
Improve group reporting and ensure compliance on the financials
Support compliance of centralised external reporting including Statutory accounts, VAT & Banking
Effectively engage with and build relationships with external stakeholders including HMRC Auditors, Tax Advisors & Insurance Brokers
Carry out analytical reviews of ad hoc & competitor businesses to support Group Acquisition strategy

Key skills and experience:

Demonstrable Finance Management experience
Strong communication skills with an ability to engage a team to work collaboratively
Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business
Advanced Excel knowledge
Experiencing managing group annual statutory audit process
Ability to manage nonaccounting group compliance
Experience working with multiple sites and multibusiness unit structures would be highly beneficial
