RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Coventry for a Childcare Lawyer.

This is a temporary role, initially until the end of December and offers a rate of pay of £ £50.00 per hour.

Main Duties:

Conduct court hearings on behalf of the local authority, in children and other related matters.
Carry out hearings, in predominantly, children cases, in a range of areas including Coventry, Nuneaton and Birmingham. Hearings are varied, ranging from directions hearings, to contested hearings.
Drafting of orders and other documents.
Attend advocates meetings and other meetings at times.
Other hearings may require cover, including those relating to adult services.
Any other duties when required.

Essential Requirements:

Must have good experience working in childcare law or similar divisions within law.
