Out client are looking for a positive, friendly and proactive individual to join their Customer Service team their Manchester office.

You will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone, assisting with customer queries while maintaining theexceptionally high level of service they provide.

The working days would be Saturday to Wednesday 9am - 5pm


Your key responsibilities

  • Liaising with the Engineers to arrange their job schedules
  • Diagnose any product issues remotely, determining how each issue can be resolved & actioning next steps where necessary
  • Improving the scheduling and customer service processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction, in accordance with their strategic objectives
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of our product and technical information in order to ensure each customer receives the correct information and service

  • Great phone manner
  • Problemsolving

Essential experience

  • Customer service experience 2 years
    minimum

Desirable experience

  • Job scheduling
  • Liasing with engineers
The office is based in Manchester City Centre with free parking available nearby
