- In-depth expertise in cloud security principles and best practices (IAM, access control, data encryption) within a GCP environment.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing large-scale identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with API design and development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
- Proven ability to effectively manage technical complexities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Architect to spearhead the technical direction and execution of Google Cloud Identity. You will be responsible for driving innovation, building a high-performing team, and delivering secure and scalable identity and access management (IAM) solutions for the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
As an architect you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
