IT Programme Director

Strategic Planning and Execution:
Prepare the organization for TSA exit through a differentiated strategy of cloning, and transformation
Drive IT transformation initiatives, such as system upgrades, process re-design, and simplification of applications, security, and infrastructure
Actively coordinate strategic planning efforts, translating high-level objectives into detailed project plans.
Ensure alignment of program activities with the overall strategic vision.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage program budgets, allocating resources effectively.
Prepare budget decisions for sign off by CXOs
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with external system integrators to execute project deliverables, monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Engage with stakeholders at various levels (executives, project managers, technical teams, legal etc.).
Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively.
Program Progress and Problem Solving:
Monitor program progress against the established plan.
Intervene proactively to address any deviations or roadblocks.
Engage in problem-solving to keep the program on track.
Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs):
Manage TSAs with the parent company or other entities.
Evaluate service levels, resolve issues
Financial Projections Monitoring:
Monitor financial projections against the transformation plan.
Make necessary adjustments to achieve medium and long-term performance goals.
Collaborate closely with the Finance function to forecast and track financial targets.
Experience and Skills:
Multiple years of experience in running large IT transformations and carve outs
Italian national / Italian language skills with work experience in Italy
Direct involvement in substantial organizational transformations
Experience in managing and delivering within large budgets (100m+)
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
Clear determination to deliver
