We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department at our Milton Keynes branch.

The role is with a busy multi-franchise dealership that requires someone who can deal with high volumes, whilst also delivering a high standard of customer service.

Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to make use of our workshop facilities.
Provide outstanding customer service as the face of both Brayleys and our partner vehicle brands as you guide our customers through their visit to our workshop for repairs and maintenance.
Meet team and individual targets by the sales of added value products such as continuing maintenance plans.
Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when our customers collect their vehicles after repair.
Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations.

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade/car dealership as a Service Advisor.
Experienced applicants from independent garages would be considered.
Kerridge experience is preferrable but not essential.
