    Join our clients' dynamic team as a Business Operations Support Coordinator, where you'll assist the Operations Director in maximising efficiency, ensuring smooth business operations and harnessing the potential of data insights within our cohesive team.

    You'll also have a responsibility to oversee IT device and network maintenance and security in collaboration with an external IT support company.

    Additionally, you'll assist in GDPR matters, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Utilise Power BI to analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
    Provide IT support, overseeing infrastructure and systems to ensure they effectively and securely meet operational needs.
    Assist in devising and executing operational strategies to boost efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.

    Oversee IT device maintenance, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and liaise with the external IT support company as needed.

    Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive company information and digital assets.
    Assist in GDPR matters, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    Provide training and support to staff members on the use of IT systems and applications.
    Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
    Propel innovation by identifying automation and process optimisation opportunities, supporting operational excellence and cost-saving measures.

    Maintain the highest standards of data privacy and security, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement best practices for data governance and integrity.

    Remain at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations management, data analytics, and IT, facilitating their integration into our operations.

    A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. (Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes. Proficiency in Power BI for Data Analytics and Reporting (preferred not essential)
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and communicate findings effectively.

    Experience providing IT support and managing IT infrastructure and systems, with a solid grasp of networking, security, and software applications.

    Experience working with external IT Support companies would be beneficial.
    Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

    Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR) and a commitment to upholding best data governance and compliance practices.
