Description

Venn Group is currently working with a renowned NHS Trust to find an experienced Asset Manager to support the Trust's continued development.

Below is a brief synopsis on the role;

Duration:
Temporary to Permanent

Hourly Rate:
£24.27 PAYE or £26.98 through an Umbrella Company

Work with the CAFM Manager to ensure assets are added to the register and scheduled for regular servicing/ maintenance
Deliver a maintenance capital investment planner and support the asset replacement strategy
Liaise with managers, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure the database remains current
Promote and produce a maintenance lifecycle focused on efficiency, decarbonisation and sustainability
Conduct life cycle costing studies and analysis, produce business cases and manage condition surveys
Carry out and manage audits of maintenance works to ensure works are completed to a high standard and in line with legislation
An understanding of building services systems
Sound knowledge of performance management, contract monitoring and audits
