Grace Community Church Young Adult Ministry Description

Grace Community Church is actively seeking a committed full-time Young Adult Ministry Pastor to shepherd our Korean-Canadian Young Adult Ministry (ABLE), which presently serves 250 young adults.

GCC is part of the Evangelical Free Church of Canada (EFCC) denomination. Young Adult Ministry Role Summary

ABLE Ministry is committed to guiding young adults and college students toward deeper maturity and growth in Jesus Christ.

Our goal is to develop a ministry that reflects our identity, mission, and values, ensuring that everyone in our church advances on their faith journey.

Lead and deliver sermons at weekly Sunday services and additional worship gatherings.
Offer regular Bible studies and spiritual care to young adults.
Plan and conduct meetings and events for young adults.
Host a summer retreat and leadership retreats.
Facilitate mission trips and provide mission training.
Collaborate with pastoral staff and leaders for effective ministry planning and execution.
A genuine calling to love and serve young adults.

Holds a degree from an accredited seminary (MA in Christian Studies or M.Eligible to legally work and live in Canada (Surrey, BC).

Able to preach both in Korean and in English.
