A leading UK developer are currently on the search for an ambitious Technical Coordinator to join their growing Essex division.

They are a flexible company; this role will be a split of office (Essex) and home working.

As Technical Coordinator, you will be working alongside the Senior Technical Manager to deliver multiple residential schemes ranging up to 400 units, consisting of both RC frame and traditional build.

Desired experience:

RC frame/traditional build experience
Worked on a residential scheme with either a Developer or Main Contractor
