Trainee Sales Negotiator - First Year OTE £50K+


Marsh & Parsons as part of the Dexter's Group are currently looking for Trainee Sales Negotiators with character, charm and a competitive edge to join one of our London offices.


You'll be joining an experienced and vibrant team, with access to an incredible register of available high end stock, real opportunity to make impact as well as offering a remarkable earning potential with our market-leading uncapped commission structure.

The role is one of limitless variety; you will be handling a wide range of customers as well as managing your day, working with your office team and ultimately being instrumental in helping Marsh & Parsons continue 160 years of matching people with wonderful properties


Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
  • Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant's motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
  • Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
  • Assessing buyers' financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
  • Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable time frame.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Enthusiasm and drive.
  • Selfmotivated with willingness to learn.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£45,634.65 per year
